On March 25, 2021, Governor Kemp signed SB 202, also referred to as The Omnibus Elections Bill, into law. The Board of Elections appreciates your patience as we work through this new legislation in the coming weeks to interpret and implement it along with the Board of Registrars. We will also be putting out a guide for Chatham County voters to know what will be changing. To read about the bill, follow this link: https://www.legis.ga.gov/legislation/59827
